1.80×33 Extruder: 1 set

(4) Pressure feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically
(5) Material of barrel heater: Far infarad
(6) Electric heating round spinneret: 1 set
(7) Ceramic heating rings for spinneret with SS insulating layer make the heat evenly.
(8) Spinneret components: 2 sets with disassembly support for spinneret discreteness
(9) Metering pump, rotation speed: 0-40 rotation.

2.Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

3. First Seven roller stretching unit
(1)Seven viable diameter rollers, there are five rollers are covered with rubber to resist skidding.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

4.Hot water tank:1 set
(1) Heating power: 27kw, two zones heater.
(2) Double pressure rollers with twin cylinder
(3) Water suction.

5. Second Seven roller stretching unit
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers with hard chrome plating.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

6. Single layer hot blast annealing oven: 1 set
(1) Fan power: 2.2KW×2 sets
(2) Heating power: 23KW
(3) Oven length: 5000 mm

7.Third Seven roller stretching unit.
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers with hard chrome plating.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

8. Warping winder: 4 sets, 8 spindles
1) The beam size is according to customer’s requirements.
2) Motor: 150kg torque motor
